Purchasing a Tania Spagnolo - Smart Couture creation means choosing a handcrafted garment, designed and made with care, respecting the time required for tailoring.
Below you will find all the information regarding shipping, returns, and refunds.
SHIPPING
Available products
Available items are prepared and handed over to the courier as quickly as possible after payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and time of year.
Made-to-Order creations
Made-to-Order creations are made exclusively after order confirmation. Production times are indicated on the product page or communicated before purchase confirmation. Shipping occurs upon completion of the work.
Custom-made garments
Each custom-made creation arises from a completely personalized process. For this reason, production times are agreed upon directly with the client based on the complexity of the project, the availability of materials, and any necessary fittings.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout before order confirmation. Any promotions with free shipping will be clearly indicated on the website.
Delivery
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct and complete. Any delays attributable to the courier, force majeure, or periods of particular work intensity are not directly attributable to Tania Spagnolo Smart Couture.
Returns
My customers' satisfaction is a priority. If you have purchased an available, non-customized product, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within the terms provided by current regulations. To request a return, simply contact me, indicating:
- order number;
- full name;
- reason for the request.
You will receive all necessary instructions.
Return conditions
The product must be returned:
- unused;
- undamaged;
- clean;
- free of damage;
- with any tags still attached;
- in its original packaging, if present.
I reserve the right to check the condition of the item before proceeding with the refund.
Products excluded from returns
Due to their nature, the following cannot be returned simply due to a change of mind:
- custom-made garments;
- personalized products;
- Made-to-Order creations made to specific request;
- items modified in size;
- garments with embroidery, initials, or customizations requested by the customer.
All rights provided by law in case of a defective or non-compliant product naturally remain valid.
Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and verified, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon by the parties. Crediting times may depend on the banking institution or payment processor.
