How does the Bespoke service work?
Every creation comes from a direct consultation. After scheduling an appointment, we will discuss your needs, your style, and the occasion for which you desire the garment. Measurements will be taken, fabrics and details chosen, and I will develop a completely personalized design.

What is the difference between Bespoke and Made to Order?
Bespoke means designing and creating a garment exclusively for you, starting from your measurements and needs.
Made to Order, on the other hand, allows you to choose a model already present in my collections, which will be made specifically for you and, when possible, customized in colors or fabrics.

Are your garments truly unique pieces?
Yes. Most of my creations are born as unique pieces or are produced in extremely limited quantities. Even when a model is re-proposed, it can be reinterpreted with different fabrics, colors, and details.

Can I choose the fabric?
Certainly. During the consultation, you will be able to view a selection of high-quality fabrics and choose the one most suitable for your design, the season, and the occasion.

Do you also make dresses for ceremonies and weddings?
Yes. I create dresses for guests, bridesmaids, mothers of the bride/groom, flower girls, and brides who desire an exclusive, elegant creation perfectly tailored to their figure.

Do you ship throughout Italy?
Yes. I ship throughout Italy and, upon request, also abroad. Delivery times may vary depending on the type of product purchased.

How long does it take to make a garment?
It depends on the type of creation and the time of year. For bespoke and customized garments, timelines are always agreed upon before order confirmation.

Can I book an appointment at the Atelier?
Yes. I receive clients by appointment only, to dedicate the time and attention each client deserves.

Can I buy a gift voucher?
Yes. You can purchase a Gift Card to give to a special person, who can use it to choose a creation or a sartorial service.

Is it possible to make returns?
For items purchased online, the conditions provided by regulations and indicated on the "Returns and Exchanges" page apply. Bespoke or customized creations may not be subject to the right of withdrawal.

How far in advance should I contact you for a formal or red carpet dress?
Usually 3–6 weeks is enough, but it depends on the complexity of the garment and the time of year. If you have an urgent request, write to me: I always find a solution.

Do you also create unconventional wedding dresses?
Yes. I create tailor-made, modern, personalized wedding dresses that differ from classic atelier models. We work together on lines, details, and fabrics until we find your true essence.

Do you also make bespoke everyday garments from scratch, not just event dresses?
Of course. I design unique garments for everyday life, tailored to your figure: jackets, skirts, robe manteau, iconic pieces that last for years.

Can I order a bespoke garment even if I don't live in Puglia?
Yes. I often work remotely: we can have video calls, I guide you through taking measurements, and then I create the garment. I ship anywhere in Italy.

What does "unique piece" mean in your atelier?
It means that the garment is literally one-of-a-kind: the same fabric, the same cut, the same model... I won't replicate it identically for anyone else.

Do you use only Italian fabrics or also special materials?
I use quality Italian fabrics, valuable deadstock, and sustainable materials. This is my idea of Smart Couture: beauty, ethics, and durability.

How long does a consultation with you last?
Approximately 20–30 minutes. It's a precious moment where I truly listen to you: your style, your body, your story. Everything starts from there, and it's absolutely free!

Do you also create capsules on request?
Yes. I design personalized mini-collections for professionals, performers, companies, boutiques, or private clients who want a coordinated and unique wardrobe.

Are your garments easy to maintain?
Yes, almost all my designs are made to be comfortable, washable, and practical: femininity should be lived, not feared.
