Preparation Times

Preparation and shipping times may vary depending on the type of product purchased.

Garments and accessories available for immediate delivery are prepared and entrusted to the courier within the times indicated during the purchase phase.

For Made to Order, custom-made, or personalized creations, production times are agreed upon in advance, as each garment is made specifically for the client.

 

Shipping

Orders are shipped to the address indicated by the customer during the purchase phase.

Upon shipment, where provided by the service used, the customer will receive the necessary information to track the delivery of their order.

Shipping costs, if applicable, are indicated during the purchase process before order confirmation.

 

Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the destination and the shipping service used.

Any delays due to the courier, periods of particular intensity, holidays, or causes beyond the control of Tania Spagnolo Smart Couture cannot be directly attributed to the Atelier.
